On June 15, police spoke with Angelo's 23-year-old brother.
The suspect's brother said Angelo showed him a Rolex watch and said a woman he met at Walmart bought him the watch.
The woman, Angelo said, was "dumber than a box of rocks."
After further investigation by police, Betty Yonko and her son were charged with theft. She is being held in the Harris County jail on a $100,000 bail.
