It’s the first time Munawer and his family have been to the annual event.

Kevin Pollock and Mark LaPointe have been going to Doors Open since it debuted 10 years ago.

Looking at historical pictures of firefighters on a station wall, LaPointe found a familiar face: his uncle. “I knew he was a firefighter, but I didn’t know which station.”
