Superintendent of police P. Pakalavan said that V. Chandramohan, assistant engineer in the Tamil Nadu Water and Drainage Board and his wife Shanthi were travelling in a car from Annamalai Nagar to Chidambaram on Tuesday night when Chandramohan got down from the car to attend a phone call and the bag accidentally fell from the car.
